Terms of Service

Ad Genius is a product of Konversly ("Konversly", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Ad Genius you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Ad Genius generates advertising briefs, concepts, and images using artificial intelligence based on the inputs you provide. Output is generated by machine and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you use it commercially.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent credit accounting, or violate these terms.

3. Credits and payments

Features consume credits. Credit costs are shown in the app and may change with notice. Purchased credits are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, credits are non-refundable, have no cash value, and expire if your account is terminated for violating these terms. Promotional or granted credits may be adjusted or revoked at our discretion.

4. Your content and generated output

You retain rights to the inputs you provide (offers, brand rules, uploaded images). You must have the right to upload any material you submit, including competitor ad screenshots used for analysis. To the extent we hold any rights in generated output, we assign them to you once the applicable credits have been spent. AI-generated content may be similar to content generated for other users and may not be protectable by copyright in all jurisdictions.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Ad Genius to create content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or that violates the advertising policies of the platforms where you run it. You are solely responsible for compliance with Meta's advertising policies and all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.

6. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to process your inputs and generate output, Supabase for hosting and storage, and Stripe for payments. Their availability affects ours.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee advertising results or performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konversly's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
