Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Konversly ("we", "us") handles your information when you use Ad Genius.
1. What we collect
- Account data: email address, name, and hashed password, managed by Supabase Auth.
- Content you provide: campaign details (offers, markets, brand rules), uploaded competitor ad screenshots, and edits you make.
- Generated content: briefs, concepts, and images produced for your campaigns, plus a ledger of credit activity.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
2. How we use it
We use your content to run the features you request: your inputs are sent to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to generate briefs and images. We use your email to operate your account, send service messages, and, as part of the Konversly suite, to add you to our marketing CRM (GoHighLevel). You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
3. Storage and retention
Data is stored with Supabase (database and file storage, hosted in the United States). Generated images are stored so you can access them across sessions. Deleting a campaign deletes its briefs, concepts, and images. Deleting your account deletes your data, subject to legal record-keeping obligations for payments.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the processors named above (Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, GoHighLevel) to provide the service, or when required by law.
5. Your rights
You can access and update your profile in the app, export your generated images at any time, and request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) which we will honor.
